About Journal

Jurnal Dinamika Hukum (JDH) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Faculty of Law Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto, Central Java Indonesia. JDH was establishedsince 1996 and have published various manuscripts until recent days. JDH has been ACCREDITED by Director of Higher Education (DIKTI) No. 21/E/KPT/2018.

Jurnal Dinamika Hukum (JDH) is published three times a year, in January, May, and September.

Focus and Scope

JDH focuses on publishing the manuscript of outcome study as well as conceptual ideas which is exclusively in the sector of Law science. We are interested in topics which largely concern about Law issues in Indonesia and around the world. Articles submitted might cover topical issues in Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Procedural Law, Adat Law, Environmental Law, and etc.

Peer review process

The process of manuscript review in JDH is conducted by using Peer-Review mechanism. It starts from the phase of inputting data by the author. The submitted manuscript will be forwarded by managing editor toward reviewer based on the field of law. Within a specified time, the reviewer will assess eligibility of the manuscript and return it to the author for revision in accordance with the suggestions made by thereviewer. Then, the author makes improvements accordingly. The result of improvements that have been delivered will be fixed by time for reassessment eligibility. If the manuscript has been declared eligible, the next phase is the process of editing the manuscript, scheduling, and the last phase is the publication.
