Jurnal Dinamika Hukum was established in 1996 with named "Majalah Dinamika Hukum". Since 2000, Majalah Dinamika Hukum renamed into Jurnal Dinamika Hukum.
Entering the year 2010, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Agus Raharjo, S.H, M. Hum. Jurnal Dinamika Hukum published consistently, and has Accredited with predicate B by the Directorate General of Higher Education. In 2013, Jurnal Dinamika Hukum Re-Accreditation in period 2013-2018.
