| The abstract contains a brief introduction to the problem, the objective of the manuscript, the research methods, and a brief summary of the result. Abstracts are single-spaced and typed in English at least 150 words to a maximum of 250 words. Written with Constantia font (9 Pt). |
| d. | Introduction |
| The introduction should be clear and provide the legal issue to be discussed in the manuscript. Before the objective, the author should provide an adequate background, and a very short literature survey in order to record existing solutions, to show which is the best of previous researchers, to show what you hope to achieve (to show the limitation), and to show the scientific merit or novelties of the manuscript. In the end, you should explain the urgency and clearly state the aims of your study. | e. | Research Methods |
| This method is written in descriptive and should provide a statement regarding the methodology of the research, including the type of research, research approach, source of data, and analysis method. The author should explain the mechanism to analyze the legal issue. This method is as much as possible to give an idea to the reader through the method used, this method is optional, only for an original research article. | f. | Discussion |
| Results should be clear and concise. Discussion should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. For more details see the journal template! |

| The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section. The conclusion section should lead the reader to important matters of the manuscript. |

| Authors should provide suggestions or recommendations related to the object which is analyzed to stimulate further research. |

C. | BODYNOTE AND REFERENCES |
| Each citation must be included references by using bodynotes, and while writing citation in bodynote, authors must be using Mendeley Application. The bodynote does not contain any explanation or description and contains a bodynote protected by Copyright as stipulated in Law No. 28 The year 2014 concerning Copyright.
